Welcome to Political Art ...

... a website that is trying to make a point. Whether it be posters with a sharp instantly understandable message or a play that conveys ideas through drama the aim of the site is to encourage people to think about the issues of the day and the realities that face us all.

The graphic art, we hope, will make you want to smile, think, and reconsider themes that the art world does not generally cover, the plays to represent and discuss elements sadly missing from most forms of entertainment. There are also some photographs, usually with a political connotation, that have caught our eyes over the years.

It is not our aim to preach, and those already engaged in current affairs and alternative viewpoints will undoubtedly have formed opinions of their own, but it is our hope that the ideas presented here spark the interest of the viewer, draw the attention, and perhaps even enlighten and entertain.
